Independence is central to auditing the services provided by our vendor network. We are not affiliated to any vendors, and under my guidance the client services members will query and audit third vendor charges.
I work every day to obtain the best possible value for our clients. Throughout my 8 years with K2 I have managed the services of over 600 shipping vendors, tracking and negotiating global prices to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service at the lowest price. As an independent, we do not receive ‘kick backs’ from any of our vendors, so excellent service is always paramount to selection.
